Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) Certification
Classroom sessions will be from October 15th to October 22nd.
Students must finish the 65-hour Online home study and all exams at least 4 days before Classroom sessions Begin on October 15th.
The credential CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) will be earned
with successful completion of this course.
Course Description
This 140-contact hour course includes online and live training for comprehensive lymphedema management. The entire course consists of 30 training modules. The first 20 modules consist of 65 hours of home study that may be completed at the participant’s pace. The home study modules are completed online prior to the remaining 10 classroom (lab) modules that encompass 75 hours over a 2 to 4 week period.
Course participants must complete each module and pass all quizzes, assignments, competencies, case studies, and exams. The course educational level is Introductory/Intermediate.
Target audience: licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA
Upon successful completion of the components in each module, and a passing score on both written and competency exams, the participant will receive a Certificate in Lymphedema Therapy.
